The following policies and rules will be upheld to best of our ability.

Processing Time: Standard processing time for Uncensored Closet is up to 1 week. Orders may take less or longer to process depending on inventory and order volume. Processing Time is included in Shipping Time Estimation.

SHIPPING:

  • Shipping fulfillment will be handled through these couriers: USPS, DHL, UPS and FedEx
  • Products are NOT available for store or local pickups.
  • Country of fulfillment is the United States of America
  • Please make sure that your address, zip code and any personal information required for purchase is accurate before submitting your order. This will decrease hassle on your part and inconvenience on ours.
  • International orders will be accepted but only for specific regions. Regions include: Hong Kong SAR, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Austria, Belgium, Czechia, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico, Dominican Republic, Australia and New Zealand

US (Domestic) Shipping Rates:

  1. Economy~ 5 to 10 business days ($4.50)
  2. Standard~ 5 to 8 business days ($6.90); Orders $80 or lower
  3. Standard~ 5 to 8 business days (FREE); Orders $81 or higher
  4. Express~ 1 to 7 business days ($13.00); Orders $60 or lower
  5. Express~ 1 to 7 business days ($15.50); Orders $61 or higher

International Rates for Mexico:

  1. Standard~ 5 to 9 business days ($95.00USD); Orders $799 or lower
  2. Standard~ 5 to 9 business days (FREE); Orders $800 or higher
  3. Express~ 3 to 7 business days ($200USD); Orders $799 or lower
  4. Express~ 3 to 7 business days ($200USD); Orders $800 or higher

International Rates for Dominican Republic:

  1. Standard~ 6 to 12 business days ($1600DOP); Orders 4lbs or lower
  2. Standard~ 6 to 12 business days ($5000DOP); Orders 5lbs or higher
  3. Express~ 3 to 10 business days ($2500DOP); Orders 4lbs or lower
  4. Express~ 3 to 10 business days ($5700DOP); Orders 5lbs or higher

 

RETURNS:

Returns must be initiated on the website within 30 days of package delivery. Contact customer service if you wish to have a return slip generated for you. 

Choose the courier you wish for the return process. 

Keep proof of item purchase and all tracking information pertaining to item until credit is issued.

Items must not have any proof of wear (stains, holes or other damage) and tags must be still be attached to item.

You have 12 days from receiving your package to report an item as damaged.

Returned items WILL be inspected for wear. They will also be verified as unmodified. If found to be worn or modified, items will not be eligible for refund credit.

Full monetary refunds will not be given unless the issue was our fault. Refund credits will be issued to customer instead.
